Question: What do I do with my car if I'm leaving town for a few
days in the winter? Answer: Park in the winter parking spaces near the gate to the upper fields. Very top of Marsten Lane. Question: What do I do if my neighbors are not picking up after their dogs? Answer: Ask them nicely, or call Property Manager, who will follow up with the dog owner directly.

Question: I have a kayak and would like to keep it on the rack
at the beach, how do I get a spot reserved for me? Answer: Contact either Greg Taylor (ext: 116) at (802) 296-7270 and either one will assign you a space or point you to the appropriate person. Remember to put your name and unit number on your kayak, and to lock it up for safety. The racks are also designed for owners with canoes. Boat and trailers are parked in the 9 spots near the dumpster. These are also reserved and Bruce is the person to contact about these as well.
