Question: Where do I mail my payments to the association?

Question: What do I do if my neighbors are not picking up after their dogs?

Answer: Ask them nicely, or call Property Manager, who will follow up with the dog owner directly.

Question: I have a kayak and would like to keep it on the rack at the beach, how do I get a spot reserved for me?

Answer: Contact either Mark D. Champagne or Dawn Sprague at 802-763-8808 and either one will assign you a space or point you to the appropriate person. Remember to put your name and unit number on your kayak, and to lock it up for safety. The racks are also designed for owners with canoes. Boat and trailers are parked in the 9 spots near the dumpster. Those are also reserved and Mark or Dawn are the people to contact about these as well.

Question: What should I do if there is a damage in my Unit?

Answer: If you experience damage to your unit you should contact your insurance company and also contact Allied Property Solutions Incorporated to establish a record of the event. Contact either Mark D. Champagne or Dawn Sprague at 802-763-8808

Question: How can I help improve the grounds around Lakeview?
